Delicious Frozen Icy Granita cocktails
INGREDIENTS
Choose your favourite Vodka O premix flavour – we suggest Pineapple, Cucumber & Mint or Strawberry, Cranberry & a Hint of Basil; perfect for a fresh tasting drink.
METHOD
1 Pour into a shallow baking tray.
2 Cover and freeze for approximately 1 hour.
3 Using a fork scrape ice from the edges back into the centre of the tray until it dissolves back into liquid.
4 Repeat this process three or four times during the early freezing process, and then let it set overnight.
5 To serve, scrape the ice into bowls and top with fresh fruit.

METHOD
1 All you have to do is pour your chosen flavour into an icy pole mould, add some fresh berries and chopped fruit and leave to freeze.
2 Leave to set overnight, and there you have it!
