Did you know that Barbie bought her first Dreamhouse in 1962 – before women were allowed to open their own bank accounts?
Perhaps we can recapture and celebrate some childhood fun with a modern twist. Here are some ideas for creating a fun and pretty pink party:

- Quiche Lorraine and vegetable frittatas

- Savoury cold pasta salad (cook the spiral or bow pasta with red food colouring), or a warm pasta with creamy roasted beetroot sauce

- Pink chocolate-dipped pretzels and apples

Barbie Inspired Drinks
- Rose or Pink lemonade
- Sparkling Rose or pink gin or strawberry daiquiris
- Berry jelly shots
- Jugs of sangria with fruit slices
Barbie Inspired Decorations
Think about adding some personalised party favour doll box filled with pink lollies. Perhaps add some bunches of pink roses around the room.
