Stretching can remove muscle fatigue and release tension. Slowing down our movements can help us relax, breathe deeper and have a greater sense of wellbeing.
What you’ll do:
Ensure you’re body and joints are warmed up and prepared for these movements, positions and weight bearing activities.
On all fours rear leg extension to knee to chest x 8 (right leg)
