Yummy Banana & Honey Protein Shake

This protein shake is perfect to start your day and only involves putting four ingredients in the blender. Simply delicious!

INGREDIENTS

15 g protein powder
125 ml unsweetened almond milk
1 small banana, mashed
1/2 tbsp honey

METHOD

1 Add ingredients into a blender. If desired add ice cubes. Mix until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve.
