Who cares about the horses? When I go to the races I barely even notice there’s a race on. The biggest question of course, is “what was she wearing?”
I love the races because it’s one of the only places left in our society to have a dress code. I’d have loved to live in a time when everyone “dressed for dinner”, but now you barely have to change out of your thongs to get into some places. The races however, have kept their dress codes strict, which is why it’s so much fun to frock up.
With the Easter carnival coming up soon, let’s look at who wore what in the Myer tent previously at the Golden Slipper in Sydney.
