Summer entertaining is always fun. As we wind down in the last weeks of summer, we’ve reviewed a selection of wines, and paired them back with different meals , so you can enjoy the rest of the season with delicious drops and dining.

Pepperjack Shiraz

A classic Barossa Shiraz, this is Australia’s No. 1 red wine for six years running*. The palate is rich and plush with concentrated layers of blackberry, red fruits and oak. This winning combination makes it the perfect accompaniment for steak, slow-roasted lamb shanks, roast pheasant with thyme or Thai Beef Patties With Rice Noodle Salad.
