  • 2 tsp Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Style Chilli Oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Defrost the Prawns: Place frozen prawns in a large bowl and cover with cold water and salt. Leave for 30 minutes or until fully defrosted. Drain, rinse, and pat dry with a paper towel.

Coat the Prawns: In a separate bowl, mix the prawns with the chilli garlic sauce until well coated.

Cook the Prawns: Heat a pan, griddle, or barbecue over medium heat. Add the prawns and cook for 1–2 minutes until they turn pink. Be careful not to overcook.

Prepare the Dipping Sauce: While the prawns cook, mix the mayonnaise with the Chiu Chow Style Chilli Oil in a small bowl.

Serve: Arrange the cooked prawns on a platter, top with spring onion, and serve alongside the chilli mayo for dipping
