I recently visited the new Nimbus Studio in Fitzroy, Melbourne, and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. I booked a session in the traditional sauna, which left me feeling both relaxed and refreshed. From the moment I stepped inside, it was clear that a lot of care and intention had gone into creating a calm and welcoming environment. The studio is clean, minimal, and beautifully designed, making it easy to disconnect from the busyness of the outside world.

The staff at the Fitzroy studio were a standout. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about the treatments on offer. They took the time to explain the process, answer my questions, and create a relaxed environment that would suit both seasoned wellness enthusiasts and first-time visitors.

While I opted for the traditional sauna, Nimbus Fitzroy offers a wide range of treatments, including infrared saunas, ice baths, and LED light therapy. These services are designed to support everything from muscle recovery to stress relief. The variety of options makes it a great destination for anyone interested in exploring different aspects of wellness.

The private rooms are thoughtfully laid out, well maintained, and offer a peaceful space for relaxation. They are on the smaller side, which is worth noting if you are attending as a pair, but this didn’t take away from the experience. The setup felt intimate and well-equipped, with everything needed for a smooth and comfortable session.

Overall, Nimbus Studio Fitzroy is a fantastic addition to Melbourne’s wellness scene. Whether you are searching for an infrared sauna in Melbourne, curious about trying an ice bath near Fitzroy, or simply looking for a quiet space to recharge, Nimbus offers an inviting and effective wellness experience. I will definitely be back, and next time, I might even brave the ice bath.
