INGREDIENTS

● ½ cup ice cubes
● 1 frozen banana
● ½ cup frozen raspberries
● 1 tbsp peanut butter
● 1 cup oat milk
● 1 serve JSHealth Vitamins Protein + Probiotics
● 2 tsp LSA, optional
● ½ tsp cinnamon
● Pinch sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all of the ingredients in a high speed blender. Blend until smooth, pour into a glass and
serve immediately.
