Pineapple and Coconut Water Pina Colada

INGREDIENTS
250 mls coconut water
200 grams fresh pineapple
1 lime zest and juice
1 sprig fresh mint (optional)
1 tsp honey (optional)
METHOD
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth serve over ice
