Across its stores in Queensland and new venue in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, Finn Poke is keeping customers happy with highly popular poke bowl experiences.

Below, Finn Poke’s owner Jem Jacinto shares with The Carousel his thoughts about sourcing quality sustainable produce. That’s something we love at The Carousel.

Finn Poke is a chef-driven concept that where possible utilizes the highest-quality sustainably sourced produce. Each of our signature bowls are created with ingredients that come from producers with impeccable environmental standards. We expect the best from our suppliers. In return, we believe that our product is truly unmatched in terms of freshness, flavour and environmental consciousness. Society takes so much from the ocean, it is absolutely imperative that we ensure that what we are taking does not do irreversible damage to the ecosystem. At Finn Poke, all our tuna and swordfish is MSC certified, while our salmon is ASC certified. The standards of quality extend across our four stores in Byron Bay, Burleigh, the Gold Coast and our new venue in Westfield Sydney.

We are taking our commitment to the environment and sustainability seriously. We are now partnered with the Take 3 For The Sea organisation. Together with Take 3, we are aiming to educate our customers about the damage our modern demands are doing to the ocean. By raising funds and awareness we hope to inspire our customers to think more consciously about how we consume seafood.
