INGREDIENTS
500ml coconut vanilla yogurt
1 ½ mango
1 lime juice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Freeze coconut vanilla yogurt in square silicone moulds overnight
- Add to your Vitamix 2 tablespoons coconut yogurt, mango flesh, juice from lime and frozen yogurt cubes.
- Blend until smooth consistency on speed 10
- Serve with favourite toppings
