#1 Cate Blanchett wore over $1m worth of Tiffany & Co jewellery to the 2016 Golden Globe Awards
Yes, Cate was jewelled-up, to say the least. Adding to her glowing Givenchy fringed gown she wore a $485,000 bracelet made of round and baguette diamonds set in platinum and two Tiffany Soleste rings valued at $300,000 and $273,000 – a grand total of $1,058,00. To top off the bedazzling ensemble she wore a pair of platinum, diamond and pearl earrings from a 1915 Tiffany & Co collection.

#2 Balmain Brings the 90s Back
Creative director Olivier Rousteing has rallied up a pretty cool set of troops for his latest campaign. In an overwhelming world of young selfie-taking celeb models, Balmain have taken it old school with the original club of supermodels. We’re talking Cindy Crawford, Naomi Campbell and Claudia Schiffer. Olivier said, “I felt like I was dreaming as I was watching the photo shoot, because I knew it was going to be something iconic that I would never forget. You realise working with them, it’s another way than working with the models of today.”

#3 Swimwear label Lonely use own staff in new campaign
No Victoria’s Secret or Pamela Anderson Baywatch style here. Sales and marketing assistant Larina and artist Emma are the two stars of Lonely’s campaign, shot at their favourite seaside spots in New Zealand. Co-founder and head designer Helene Morris told Catalogue, “This is a great way to open up and invite customers to share some of their own special spots with us.” Join the club at #lonleyswim.
