- Calm your urge to pee
This could come in handy next time you’re stuck in a long bathroom queue. Try scratching the back of your leg. It may slow the message from your bladder to the brain.
- Fix your itchy throat
Try scratching your ear. It can cause your throat to have a muscle spasm that relieves the itch.
- Stop your brain freeze
Rub your tongue on the roof of your mouth. It will warm up your palate and stop the pain.

Blow cold air on the back of your thumb. Since thumbs have their own pulse slowing it down may help you fele more relaxed.

Rub ice on the side of your hand.
