On The Twelfth Day Of Christmas The Carousel Gave To Me… A Whole Body Workout!

One of the best ways to get your heart pumping is to perform exercises that work your whole body.

When our heart is pumping it builds our endurance which helps us power through to the end of the day without getting so tired. Doing this sort of workout means we can do fewer exercises in a shorter amount of time.

What you’ll do:

Ensure your body and joints are warmed up and prepared for these movements, positions and weight bearing activities.

  • Forward lunge x 8 (alternating legs)
  • Squat with side leg raise x 8 (alternating legs)
  • Modified push up into Hover with opposite arm and leg raise x 8
  • Russian twist x 16

Repeat as many times as you like.
