The viral tiramisu overnight oats trend is taking over Tiktok and our breakfast menus. And, for good reason. It’s the perfect blend of coffee, creaminess, and slow-burning energy – all in one jar. This functional take is designed to fuel your body and mind like an athlete. Made with Beforeyouspeak’s Ready-to-Drink Iced Latte, high-protein Greek yoghurt, and fibre-rich oats, this performance-driven dessert-for-breakfast delivers sustained energy, cognitive support, and muscle recovery benefits. It packs a protein punch without the need for added powders – and is ideal for anyone with a demanding schedule.

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup rolled oats (for slow-release energy and fibre)
  • ½ cup Beforeyouspeak Ready-to-Drink Iced Latte
  • ¼ cup Greek yoghurt (for gut-friendly protein and creaminess)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (for fibre, omega-3s, and blood sugar balance)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (natural sweetness and quick energy)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp cacao powder (for antioxidants and that signature tiramisu taste)
  • Pinch of cinnamon (supports metabolism and flavour balance)

Toppings

  • ½ tbsp cacao powder (for the authentic tiramisu dusting)
  • Dark chocolate shavings or cacao nibs (for a hit of antioxidants)
  • Extra dollop of Greek yoghurt (for added creaminess)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a jar or bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, protein powder, and cacao powder.
  2. Stir through the Beforeyouspeak Iced Latte, Greek yoghurt, vanilla extract, and maple syrup until well mixed.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to soak and soften.
  4. Before serving, give it a stir and add a splash of extra iced latte if needed.
  5. Top with cacao powder, dark chocolate shavings, and a spoonful of Greek yoghurt for the ultimate tiramisu-inspired finish.
