Batch for one punch - 12 people (150ml serve) INGREDIENTS 1L dry white wine 350ml Gin 250ml Chamomile tea 1/2 pineapple chopped 200g caster sugar 3 cloves 2 cinnamon sticks 4 orange peels 1 tea spoon of white pepper METHOD Serve straight into teacups or plastic cups - no ice!
