1 tablespoon cocoa
200g pre-cooked, peeled chestnuts
75g caster sugar + 2 tablespoons caster sugar
100ml full fat organic milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
100g unsalted butter
150g chopped dark chocolate
3 large organic eggs
METHOD
