The Orange Is The New Black fan favourite wore a plunging black suit showing off just the right amount of flesh as she made her way into the awards ceremony at the Mediolanum Forum.

The eye-catching design was just one of many that Ruby rocked through the star-studded evening she is co-hosting with Ed Sheeran.

Ruby also found time to slip into a strapless ball gown covered in lips, as well as an all leather outfit too.

Her most unusual number was spaghetti-inspired dress, worn to celebrate World Pasta day.

Ellie Goulding, the headline act at the recent AFL Grand Final in Melbourne, also had her cleavage front-and-centre for the red carpet.

The 28-year-old wore a hip-hugging black dress with a daring plunging neckline and thigh-high split.

She also showed off a new hair colour, adding a much more yellow tint to her usual platinum ‘do’.
