The Billboard Music Awards had many memorable performances, but as always, the outfits took centre stage, with less is more – fabric wise – stealing the show. Watch the video above of the sexiest fashion looks straight from the red carpet…

During the emotion-packed show, Madonna paid tribute to Prince, Kesha earned a standing ovation for her stirring rendition of “It Ain’t Me, Babe” honouring Bob Dylan, and a teary Celine Dion dedicated her Icon award to her late husband.

Britney Spears kicked things off, dazzling in a daring red outfit for a medley of her hits. While several awards were handed out during the show, including British singer Adele who took out the night’s highest honour, Top Artist, and accepted via a video segment, it was performances by the likes of Ariana Grande, Dion, and Rihanna that ruled.
