As the host of this year’s MTV Video Music Awards, Miley Cyrus had the perfect spotlight to showcase what appeared to be an attempt to break the record for most outfit changes in the one night.
Kicking off the evening with a barely-there ‘dress’ that basically consisted of a couple of gold straps, Miley (with her signature tongue out pose) rocked out a series of outrageous outfits ranging from what can only be called ‘underwear’, a 70’s inspired sequinned outfit, a hot pink plastic wearable message saying “Do It” and a bevy of other controversial costumes.
Between Miley’s outfit inspo and Kanye West’s self-proclaimed anticipated announcement to run for President of the US in 2020, this year’s MTV VMA’s were nothing short of shockingly predictable.
