Shane Warne’s ageless ex flaunted her smoking bikini bod with a series of jaw-dropping Instagram pics while on a tropical island break with her son Damien Charles, 13.

The incredibly-toned English actress, who celebrated her 50th in June, modelled a skimpy yellow bikini from her own collection, which had a gold chain detail on the briefs.

It was a rare moment of relaxation and contemplation for the busy mum who is about to begin a stint on E! show The Royals, playing Queen Helena Henstridge.

“Always a time for quiet reflection…and maybe the odd cocktail,” she writes in one caption.

Another shot shows her displaying her flawless skin in sunglasses and a sunhat, while she models a white cover-up.

Liz says there’s no great secret to keeping in such amazing shape.

“If my jeans feel tight I try to cut back a bit, and if I stay home in the evening, I’ll eat a very light dinner,” she recently told Healthy Living magazine.

“I really try to go out of my way to eat an apple for a snack instead of a cookie and I always start the day with a couple of mugs of hot water. Otherwise I eat pretty normally but avoid processed and junk foods.”

“I don’t do a lot of set exercise but I’m very active and run around all day.”

Although there’s plenty of discipline and effort involved on her part, Liz admits it does make it easier to have such a great support team.

“The lucky thing for me is that as well as being in movies and TV, I’ve been in the beauty business with Estee Lauder all that time,” she says.

“So I have been incredibly privileged. I have had the best advisers and products at my fingertips for a long time.”

The Carousel psychologist Jo Lamble agrees that it’s always going to be easier for Liz to achieve this type of body, and the rest of us shouldn’t see this as the ideal.

“It’s the same at any age, when we compare our own bodies with these images, we just feel bad about ourselves,” she cautions.

“They are not inspirational. They are images of unrealistic expectations. If the images were of flawed but normal gorgeous bodies, it wouldn’t have such a negative impact on the average woman’s self-worth.”
