INGREDIENTS

42 g rolled oats
40 g blueberries
40 g raspberries
570 g non-fat natural yoghurt
40 g slivered almonds

METHOD

1 Prepare the muesli mixture by combining the oats and almonds.
2 Place one serve of yoghurt in a bowl and top with one serve of muesli mixture and one serve of berries. Serve.
