Take six pieces of fruit, slice and dice them, decorate them with mint and edible flowers and you’ll have one of the easiest fruit salad’s to enjoy. What’s more it’s packed with all important anti-oxidants that will keep you young.

It was one of a number of super healthy and tasty recipes, I recently tried at the TIA Wellness Retreat in Danang, Vietnam.
