Cut the Queues and DIY Fro-Yo at Home

Want to ditch the lines at Yo-Chi and recreate your own fro-yo at home? @littlekalegirl’s delicious mango frozen yogurt, made using Vitamix, will satisfy those cravings fast! Just add your favourite toppings and enjoy in the comfort of your own air-conditioned kitchen.

INGREDIENTS

500ml coconut vanilla yogurt 
1 ½ mango 
1 lime juice 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Freeze coconut vanilla yogurt in square silicone moulds overnight 
  2. Add to your Vitamix 2 tablespoons coconut yogurt, mango flesh, juice from lime and frozen yogurt cubes. 
  3. Blend until smooth consistency on speed 10 
  4. Serve with favourite toppings
