From late August, Bieber Tour Merchandise will be available at Forever 21 online and in stores everywhere. Previously, the store Urban Outfitters exclusively sold Bieber tour merchandise but now that it’s hitting the Forever 21 shelves it’s going to be much more accessible to all.
