Wedding theme “Glamour and fun.”
Our wedding day was a true celebration, combining important Jewish traditions with a sense of fun and excitement. Josh and I wanted our wedding to reflect the kind of event that we would want to attend – bright and colourful, festive, and a real party! We don’t tend to take ourselves too seriously, performing our first dance as husband and wife to Lady Gaga’s Marry the Night and rocking out with our guests to an ’80s cover band that belted out all the classics. Josh also surprised me with a five minute musical medley consisting of songs that told the story of our relationship – with our whole bridal party performing with him! I felt so lucky to dance with my 90 year-old grandmother on the night and to share our newly-wed joy with such a large group of close friends and family.
