At last something good has come out of Donald Trump’s shock election to the White House.

Frustrated and depressed by the fiasco at the US polls, “Weird Twitter” comedian Jomny Sun has created a new Twitter bot named tiny care bot.

It’s role? To send you sweet little self-care reminders every hour with uplifting emojis.

Never negative, sometimes necessarily repetitive, and always helpful – @tinycarebot is here for you as you run around madly shopping questioning why it’s all worth it.

Most of the reminders revolve around drinking water, resting your eyes by looking away from the computer, stretching, taking a walk if you can, admiring nature for a second, taking deep breaths, and messaging your friends.

And it always says please because @tinycarebot is polite. Jomny even polled his ever-expanding army of loyal followers to find out how often they want messages of self-care.

Of the 1645 people who took it, 30 percent wanted a reminder from tiny care bot every hour.

Here’s just a few examples of what’s in store for you when you come on board with more than 40,000 others at the time of writing.
