Remember when Kanye West dropped his latest music video ‘Fade’ at The MTV Video Music Awards earlier this year? Everyone went crazy over the body of Teyana Taylor?
The 25-year-old dancer, mother, singer became our new fitspo as she danced around a gym in a gritty Flash Dance-esque style video, oiled up and scantily dressed, showing off her un-earthly body.

Celebs all over were hash-tagging and tweeting Teyana; from the likes of Kim Kardashian asking her to go to the gym with her and Perez Hilton saying her body was ‘ridiculous’.
Well now the music video sensation has released her own ‘Fade 2 Fitness’ Â programme which will reveal videos of the workout choreography she did to get fit, post- baby after giving birth last year. There’s a live website where customers can sign up and subscribe to receive updates and dance workouts. And this is from a woman who supposedly isn’t a workout robot. If Teyana’s unbelievably toned body is going to be our motivation then that’s a very good excuse to get hot and sweaty, don’t you think?
