Miranda Kerr’s Banana & Chia Smoothie

For a perfect post-workout smoothie, start with half an organic banana and add to a blender with 12 cup of milk of your choice (homemade almond or rice milk are great options if you avoid dairy).

Add 1-2 tablespoons of melted, cold pressed organic coconut oil and 1 tablespoon of organic honey.

Finally, add a tablespoon of chia seeds, either the black or white variety. Some of my clients also like to add an organic raw egg, which stops the mixture separating, but this is a personal taste.
