Rena Harvey wears many hats: author, healer, Reiki master, and intuitive psychic, but they all serve a single passion: empowering individuals to transform their deepest pain into their greatest power.

If you’ve felt like life is a rollercoaster of struggles or a cycle of feeling “stuck,” you aren’t alone. Over 30 years of research and practice, I have developed six core principles that have transformed my life and the lives of hundreds of my clients. By integrating these, you can move beyond survival mode and tap into your inner mastery.

Happiness Is Boring … Here’s What James Gleeson Has To Say

1. Connect to Source, Connect to You

To live a soulful life, you must first embrace the truth that you are a spiritual being having a human experience. You are made of energy, frequency, and vibration. By harmonising your “inner child,” your “human self,” and your “higher self,” you gain profound self-awareness. When you realise that you create your own reality through your conscious and subconscious mind, you can begin to live intentionally rather than by accident.

2. Reprogram Childhood Wounding

Our subconscious patterns are often dictated by two aspects of our inner child:

  • The Free Child: The embodiment of our playfulness, joy, and creativity.
  • The Wounded Child: The part that clings to past trauma to support limiting beliefs. Personal growth requires us to nurture the Wounded Child and reprogram those old thoughts. When we replace limiting beliefs with positive ones, we reclaim the power to live a life filled with boundless potential.

3. Cultivate Positive Alignment

Think of your life like a radio: to hear the music clearly, you must tune into the right frequency. The universe mirrors what you vibrate, think, and feel. By becoming aware of your words and emotions, you apply the Law of Attraction, closing the gap between your current reality and your future desires.

4. Embrace Your Light and Dark

Everything in existence is defined by duality—up and down, positive and negative. We are no different. To live authentically, we must stop hiding the parts of ourselves we’ve been taught to fear. By accepting both our light and dark qualities, we achieve a holistic sense of self. True self-love isn’t about being “perfect”; it’s about being whole.

5. Balance Your Feminine and Masculine Power

The most significant relationship you will ever have is the one with yourself. This bond is shaped by two distinct energies:

  • Feminine Energy: Openness, emotional depth, nurturing, and creativity.
  • Masculine Energy: Security, strength, focus, and purpose. When you balance these two powers within yourself, it creates a ripple effect, positively impacting your intimate relationships and how the world reflects your value back to you.

6. Honor Your Soul Contracts

At our core, we are all beings of love. Every person who enters our lives serves as a catalyst for our evolution. These “soul contracts” are agreements made to teach us vital lessons that help us rise higher into our purpose. Even the most challenging relationships are often our greatest teachers.
