Supercharge Your Body’s Natural Fat Burning System

There was socialising to be done, ice creams to be eaten at the beach and the daily exercise which took top billings on your list of resolutions kept getting pushed aside for, let’s face it, things you’d rather be doing.

So let’s start over. No guilt, just do it. But if we’re going to invest time, effort and money, we really want it to work, yes? I’ve been doing my research and I think Hypoxi is the way to go if you want to supercharge your body’s natural fat burning system (who doesn’t?). In fact, it’s three times more effective at targeting fat burning and cellulite than regular exercise and literally helps you lose centimeters from the areas you really want to lose it. I have first hand experience as I’ve just completed a four week course and I’ve lost 20cm from my tummy, bum and thighs. Seriously.

How does it work?

Hypoxi has been proven as one of the most effective targeted cellulite and fat burning methods and there are 350,000 users around the globe.

During your initial consultation, your Hypoxi coach takes a full set of measurements, assesses your body and then tailors a comprehensive program to best suit your body’s characteristics and your personal objectives.

Hypoxi Fat Burning

For me, it was suggested I do 3 hour long sessions a week for four weeks. The first 30 minutes of each session was on the Hypoxidermolody (HD) machine, which is a passive treatment (meaning you just lie there, albeit in a very fashionable suit that looks like you’re heading to the moon) based on the ancient Chinese practice of cupping. It helps to rejuvenate the skin and improve its tone and texture.

How, you say? Well, the one size fits all HD suit consists of 400 integrated pressure chambers positioned specifically throughout the stomach, back, bum, legs and thigh region. The HD chambers intermittently apply a gentle suction and then soft compression on the dermal tissue. In this way, the HD activates circulation of the skin and encourages the removal of lymphatic fluids and toxins. I found the HD meditative and fell asleep during most sessions, which was heavenly.

For the last 30 minutes, I gently cycled on what they call the S120 trainer. This device combines the positive effects of three forms of therapy in one machine: exercise, positive compression and negative pressure. Whilst gently cycling in an upright position for 30 minutes, the negative pressure phase stimulates blood supply to the tissue around the hips, bum and thighs – all areas that are enriched with fatty acids. The compression phase then kicks in to accelerate the transport of blood to the muscles being exercised.

Hypoxi Vacuum and Compression

If this all sounds very high tech, it kinda is, but you have my word that it works. I’ll definitely be incorporating Hypoxi into my exercise routine moving forward. Now that I’ve done my kick-start program and I’ve left January’s guilt behind, it’s all about maintenance. The best bit for me is Hypoxi ended up being something that I didn’t even think about making excuses for. I genuinely enjoy it and the results speak for themselves. Visit hypoxi.com.au for more information or to do a free trial.

Rules you need to stick by if you want results:

1. A healthy meal 1-2 hours prior to your session

2. No eating anything for 2 hours post session

3. No cardio exerice for 4 to 6 hours after your session

4. Carb-free zone for 4 hours post session

5. No caffeine or alcohol after session
