Richie Strahan could pull a ‘Blake Garvey’ after the finale of The Bachelor later this month, claims a shock new report.
New Idea magazine says Richie picks single mum Alex Nation to receive his final rose.
But the magazine says Richie’s heart really belongs to Nikki Grogan. Blake Garvey picked Sam Frost in the 2014 final only to leave her for runner-up Louise Pillidge.
Richie’s reportedly already confessed to friends that he’s made a huge mistake opting for Alex in the final rose ceremony in Bali, and that Nikki is really The One.
“As soon as he laid eyes on her, he knew Nikki was the kind of girl he wanted to marry,” says New Idea’s insider.
“Nikki was a standout from the beginning, after winning the first single date and scoring the first kiss.
“Richie knew she would slip into his lifestyle with ease.”
The insider adds that Richie is trying to give his relationship a chance with Alex, but with Nikki living in the same area, and being invited to the same social events, Richie has allegedly admitted it’s going to be hard.
New Idea has already been right before about what happens on the show that’s filmed weeks in advance.
The magazine broke the news about early fan favourite Megan Marx refusing to accept Richie’s rose during a ceremony more than a month ago.
New Idea says that Ukranian beauty Olena Khamula also travels to Bali as one of the final three, but is the first contestant eliminated.
