Karen Pratten was constantly feeling tired. Her body felt inflamed and bloated when she ate milk products and sugar. It was time to feel healthy and alive again.

“The hardest thing about the weight loss is that while you feel all this energy, and you can see the change in your clothes you have a sinking feeling when you see all this excess skin. It looked and felt ugly quite frankly which set off a whole new range of emotions. I’d won one battle but now was facing another,” says Karen.
