It was the most anticipated wedding of the century – Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have tied this knot after a two year engagement. Here’s your guide to the Jolie-Pitt romance, nuptials and a style guide to match….

Where it all began! It was all guns a blasé on set. The couple wed on what marked their 10 year anniversary of the couple filming Mr & Mrs Smith together.
The Dress: It was a demure look, teamed with a techni-coloured dress and veil painted by the children for the big day! Ange wore a Princess style gown with a gathered bust, simple straps, a full skirt and slight train complete with a chapel length veil to keep the children happy.

Detailing across the bodice and neckline adds interest and draws the focus there. Angelina chose simple spaghetti straps and bare arms, covered only by the veil. The Cossette gown, POA, Pallas Couture has a low back, sheer veil, short train and is curvy in all the right places.
Angelina went for detailing in the bust, fitted bodice to the waist and flared A-line skirt. This deep V-neck balances beautifully with the sheer sleeve, intricate lace detailing, floaty chiffon overlay and decadence of silk. Angelina had a small train, perfect for throwing paint all over! The Style: Paintball Princess!
It was all about celebrating family, love and happiness, of and heaps of fun! Angelina told People magazine recently, “We’re just waiting for it to be the right time with the kids, with work, when it feels right,” she said. “We talk about it occasionally, and the kids talk about it with us. Which is verging on hysterical, how kids envision a wedding. They will in a way be the wedding planners. It’s going to be Disney or paintball – one or the other! We’ve got a lot of different personalities in the house. They’ve got some strong opinions. It will be fun. That’s the important thing. When we do it, it will feel like a great day for our family.”
The Guests: It was a small family affair with only 20 guests, including of course the couple’s six children. The bridal party included Maddox, 13, and Pax, 10, who walked their adoptive mother down the aisle. The divine ring bearers where the couples biological children, Shiloh, 8, and Knox, 6, while the official flower petal throwing duties were assigned to Zahara, 9 and Vivienne, 6. While Angelina’s Dad, actor Jon Voight, was not at the wedding, Brad’s parents, brother and sister, and niece and nephew did make the guest list.
The Venue: Paris is known as the most romantic city in the world for good reason, but who needs all that glare after the Kimye spectacle. The Jolie-Pitts stepped it up a knot-ch and exchanged vows at their 1100 acre and $60 million French residence, Château Miraval, which, coincidentally, has a small chapel on it.
