When it comes to smoothies there are endless choices. What do movie stars and supermodels throw into their blender? A whole lot of coconut and a few magic ingredients. Here’s a recipe I used to make Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom when I was their health coach living in Los Angeles.

Once again, start with 2/3cup of fresh coconut juice and half the flesh. Add a handful of organic strawberries, blueberries or raspberries. If it is a pre-workout shake add more berries, as the sugar contents will give you an energy boost. Finish with 1-2 tablespoons of melted cold pressed organic coconut oil, and sprinkle with flaked almonds or seeds for a protein boost.

Place all the ingredients in blender and blend.
