Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado (peeled and pitted)
1 ripe banana
1 cup baby spinach
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
A few ice cubes
Instructions:
Place all ingredients into a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
