This year marks the 68th annual Emmy Awards Show, a night full of awards, speeches, glitz and glamour.
As always this year’s stars shined bright on the carpet and provided plenty of beauty inspiration.
Stealing the show were Emily Ratajkowski and Maise Williams, who grabbed our attention with their bold make-up looks making them beauty queens of the carpet and leaving us green with envy.

Emily is slaying her intense green-blue hued eye make-up. It’s given us major beauty inspiration and we will definitely be recreating this look.
First prime your eye-lid with a primer so your shadow stays in place. Then cover your lid in Chantecaille Mermaid Eye Colour in ‘Lagoon’, this super creamy long lasting eyeshadow will add that pop of bright colour you need for this look. It’s creamy texture makes it easy to blend so you can easily draw on the dramatic angular eye shape like Emily.
We then recommend using Urban Decay 24/7 Glide on eye pencil first in the colour ‘Loaded’ to add an intense dark green pigmented colour then on top add the colour ‘Junkie’. It’s a fierce teal colour that has a metallic shimmer to it. Use this to line your eye and on the inner waterline of your lids.
Then finally to make your eyes pop, add a lighter shimmer in the corner of your eyes to really make them shine. We love NARS dual intensity eyeshadow in the lighter green shade of ‘Tarvos’.

Make sure you prime those lids for this strong eyeshadow look so it doesn’t fall onto your cheeks! Then cover your entire lid and add some lashing of mascara .
