Zoe Foster Blake’s Go-To Launches 3 Perfume Oils Because It Just Made Scents

To be fair, Go-To has always actually made fragrances. They were just cleverly hidden in their cult Face Hero Skin Oil and other skin care favourites. But now, Zoe Foster Blake and her clever crew have decided to take scent seriously – launching three unique perfume oils just in time for the Summery uptick in socialising.

So, if you’ve ever secretly wondered if ZFB really read your DMs this is the closest confirmation that she did, with the brand admitting that this release was led by customers. Yep. Apparently for well over a decade, Go-To fans have been politely (and persistently) asking them to take their knack for skin care scents and spin it into something beyond your AM/PM routine. And now, finally, they have. Because if there’s one thing Go-To does better than anyone, it’s making intimidating things fun. Whether it’s serums or scents, they know how to take the overwhelm out and leave only the “oooh, you smell amazing” part behind.

These are kind-to-skin, alcohol-free perfume oils that glide on like silk, absorb quickly, and linger beautifully all day long. Without that telltale alcohol sting or scent cloud. Each is housed in an elegant, handbag-approved rollerball, ready to roll on your wrists, neck, or any of your ‘bendy bits’ (Zoe’s words, not ours). Layer them, mix them, stash them in different totes, forget about them, then rediscover them a month later.

Here’s the Go- To Perfume Line-up:

Into The Woods
This one’s Zoe’s personal favourite – the scent she’s been jamming under her friends’ noses for months. (And they’re not just any friends. Think the kind who wear impossible-to-pronounce perfumes from the backstreets of Paris). They loved it. It’s a warm, amber-y, gender-neutral oud with soft spice, rum, musk and leather. Basically, the scent equivalent of a glass of whisky in hand and a well-worn jacket slung over your shoulder. All allure, no effort.
Feels like: Nailed the eyeliner, phone on DND, home at 2AM.

Go-To Perfume Into the Woods

Into The Garden
Inspired by Zoe’s love of bold white florals, this one smells like walking down a sun-drenched Sydney street in Summer, with jasmine in the air and no plans in sight. Gardenia, tuberose, and vanilla bloom over sandalwood for a grown-up floral that’s fresh, confident, and quietly sexy. It’s the posy on your bedside table, the scent of your favourite dress, the floral that doesn’t try too hard. (But somehow still steals the show).
Feels like: High summer, low stress, no plans.

Go-To Perfume Into the Garden

Into The Bakery
A gourmand dream for anyone who wishes they could commit to Keto. But, can’t quit quit the 3pm cookie hit. Think creamy coconut, caramelised vanilla, hazelnut, and biscuit with a swirl of freesia for balance. It’s cosy, creamy, and just the right kind of sweet … as though Tom Ford suddenly decided to open a cupcake shop. The scent warms up on your skin, melting into something smooth, warm, and ridiculously moreish. Wear it for date night, dancing, or when you’re craving cake but your jeans say no.
Feels like: Frosting at 3pm, picnic blankets, daydreaming.

Go-To Perfume Into the Bakery

“For the longest time, our customers have asked for fragrances from Go-To,” says Zoe. “They love the scents we weave through our skincare and wanted more. We created three considered fragrances with heart and depth. Perfume oil develops gently and stays true to its notes – it’s a more personal, intimate way to wear scent.”

Into The Woods, Into The Garden, and Into The Bakery retail at $45 and are available now at gotoskincare.com and Mecca.
