2021 Oscars - Thank God For Margot Robbie

Aside from lovely luminaries like Margot Robbie, The 2021 Oscar's Red Capet was a little on the dull side. Thanksgoodness for Aussie beauty Margot Robbie and her colleague, Isla Fischer!

2021 Oscars Red Carpet has arguably been the most disappointing red carpet display in decades. In between a smattering of stylish, glamorous get-ups (thank you, Margot Robbie and Chanel), we endured bad bowl haircuts, midriff inclusions to what otherwise would have been a stunning ballgown and hot neon pink tuxedos. Let’s take a careful walk down this free fall fashion avenue and see if we can find a gown we simply adore.

Demure, divine, devastatingly beautiful – Margot Robbie

Leave it to the Aussies to bring the glamour for 2021 Oscars! Demure, divine, devastatingly beautiful, Margot stole the show in this floral sheath by Chanel. Her new bangs added even more sophistication and classy drama to her entire ensemble. As usual, the Aussie actress could do no wrong.

2021 Oscars – The Bowl Cut Gone Bad.

I’m looking at you, Halle Berry, and I’m hoping you’ve ‘done it for a role’ and not simply let your little one go crazy with a pair of nail scissors. Love the dress to pieces, though and would kill for it, but it’s in dire need of a glam hair-do, some way better accessorising and a more Uber-glam clutch. A different hairstyle and perhaps a statement necklace to enhance that out of control sexy cleavage would’ve done the trick, too?

Best Misuse Of Mismatched Fabrics and Textures – Laura Dern

I absolutely love Laura Dern in pretty much anything … except this number she’s donned for 2021 Oscars. It can’t seem decide if it wants to be stylish glam or frivolous feathers. If only they hadn’t thought of the feathers and just let the entire gown identify as a full-length sexy sheath.

Best Clash By A Comedy Duo!

While lovely Isla Fischer has nailed the elegance of the classic black gown, and accessorised it perfectly, he’s been let down badly by hubby, in his poo-bown-emoji jacket and crinkled pants sans socks. It is of my opinion that celebrities who breed together must also dress together, wearing complementary outfit that will be admired, not criticised, the world over.

And here is my proof… Isla alone is an absolute knockout, bringing true Old Hollywood Style to the 2021 Oscars! It wouldn’t have taken much to bring Sacha to her standards and he’d look more dashing than dorky, any day of the week, not just at the 2021 Oscars!.
