The 2019 Cannes Film Festival has seen celebrities walk the red carpet in style but perhaps non so striking as Richard Madden and Gelila Bekele.
Richard Madden, who rose to fame as the star of TV series The Bodyguard, wore a Giorgio Armani Made to Measure ivory double-breasted
evening jacket trimmed in grosgrain along with classic black trousers, a white evening shirt and a bow tie.
Ethiopian model Gelila Bekele wore a Giorgio Armani Privé bustier dress in plissé organza and velvet embroidered with ribbons and crystals, and completed with a fuchsia crinoline detail.
The fashionable 11 day event, which began earlier this week, has so far seen Eva Longoria dressed in a gold Cristina Ottaviano gown, Elle Fanning wearing Valentino, and Selena Gomez made her Cannes debut in Louis Vuitton.
Yesterday night, Cannes was on fire. Indeed. the red carpet of Once Upon a Time in Hollywood by Quentin Tarantino, received some of the most handsome men and women that Hollywood counts. The movie was very well received by the audience during the premiere which gave 7 minutes of standing ovation.
First, Leonardo DiCaprio: he wore a Giorgio Armani midnight blue one-button peak lapel tuxedo, with a white evening shirt and a bow tie.
Dakota Fanning was stunning in a Giorgio Armani Privé white silk satin bustier gown custom-made with a pale yellow satin sash.
Adrien Brody had a Giorgio Armani navy blue tuxedo trimmed in satin, along with a navy blue evening shirt and a bow tie.
And last but not least, Brad Pitt…
