Whether it be a new relationship, product or career, there is one way you can attract what you want! No, this is not some magical voodoo trick. It is the universal Law of Attraction. Jordanna Levin’s book “Make It Happen: Manifest The Life Of Your Dreams” teaches us that if you focus your energy, attention and emotion on something often enough, it becomes your reality.

Oprah Winfrey has even testified the Law of Attraction for the remarkable levels of success she enjoys today. We are artists and life is the blank canvas. So here’s how to form pictures of your intended life, and make choices and actions which will manifest your desires.

1. Get Rid Of Limiting Beliefs

We all have them and most of the time they are false! Levin writes how a belief is simply a series of thought we have over and over again until we take it as gospel. They limit us by creating unnecessary boundaries and self built blockades which prevent us from accessing what we want.

For example, if you believe you will always be in financial debt, this will limit your ability to attract money. So in order to attract what you want, you must understand your limiting beliefs. Is what you want something you believe you can have?

Step 2: Know What You Want

In order to attract what you want, you need know what you want. What is it that would make you feel fulfilled. Write down exactly what it is you want on a list. This puts your desire out to the universe. Do not limit you desire by placing a time limit on when you will get it.

3. Use Visualisation Techniques

It’s not enough to simply think or write down something and expect it to come to you. You must use your emotions with your thoughts. For example instead of thinking “I am wealthy and successful” you must emulate what it would feel like to be wealthy and successful. Create a vision board and feel what it would be like to have what you desire. Would you feel light hearted, abundant, powerful?

4. Believe and Positively Affirm

You must believe that you can attract what you want. You can’t convince yourself to feel an emotion you don’t actually have. But there are many ways to align your emotions to thoughts. Because improving your energy and emotion is essential in attracting good things. Ways to improve your mood include exercising, listening to music, meditating, or practicing gratitude.

Oprah Winfrey says “Be thankful for what you have and you’ll end up having more. If you concentrate on what you don’t have, you will never, ever have enough”

5. Relax, Act and Allow

The final step is to act as if what you desire is already true. Act like the person you want to attract, act successful and abundant, act like you already have everything you desire. This is how you can affirm your manifestation and allow yourself to receive it.

Oprah says “The greatest discovery of all time is that a person can change his future by merely changing his attitude.”
