We all need some refreshing during the hot Summer months to come. Whether we’re by the pool or having a barbecue, here are five cocktail recipes.
Rosehip Spritz
- 3 parts sparkling wine or Prosecco
- 2 parts Sacred Rosehip Cup
- 1 part soda water
Sacred Negroni
- 25ml Sacred Gin
- 25ml Sacred Rosehip Cup
- 25ml Sacred English Spiced Vermouth
Alternatively, add two shots of Sacred Rosehip Cup to a glass full of ice, top with high quality Lemonade or Lemon Tonic.
Cardamom Mule
- 50ml Gin
- 15ml Lime Juice
- Top with high quality ginger beer in a long glass with ice, garnish with a lime wedge and a sprig of ming
Cardamom Espresso Martini
- 50ml Gin
- 25ml fresh espresso or cold brew coffee
- 20ml maple syrup
- Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass, or make a whole bottle and serve from the freezer
Gin & Tonic
- Add a large measure of Gin to a glass with plenty of ice
- Top with Fever-Tree Tonic
- Garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit
