Held on the 28th of June at the very start of Summer, New York doesn’t celebrate bright discretely and rightly so. Witness the march (Pride Parade), arguably the best-known event of NYC Pride. Starting at midday on 5th Avenue watch on as the explosion of colour march all the way 7th Avenue. You can also go see PrideFest – the street festival where you’ll find vendors, entertainment and activities all celebrating equality. Or you can participate in Pride Island with DJs and live music.

Tel Aviv’s Gay Pride Week takes place during the week of the 12th of June with it being considered one of the biggest events of the year in the city.
