It’s the trifecta of the party season – fashions on the field, celebrities galore and of course, the races! The Melbourne Cup Carnival 2014 begins on Saturday 1 November with more than 330,000 racegoers expected to attend the four days at Flemington. The carnival kicks off with AAMI Victoria Derby Day, and continues with Emirates Melbourne Cup Day on Tuesday 4 November, Crown Oaks Day on Thursday 6 November and concludes with Emirates Stakes Day on Saturday 8 November. All bets are on that this Cup Carnival is going to be a winner.
