When I spoke with Embody’s founder, Stéphanie, her passion for empowering women was instantly clear. Her journey to create Embody began after witnessing two close friends go through breast cancer. One underwent aesthetic surgery, while the other, only 30 years old, at the time, faced a mastectomy like me.
“I was shocked by how technical and emotionless the post-surgery lingerie market was,” Stéphanie told me. “After such a deeply personal experience, women deserve something that makes them feel beautiful, not clinical.”
