Cheers to the Mango Granita – the ideal sundowner mocktail for the end of the warmer months.

Ok, we get it. It’s Friday afternoon, and you’re probably craving a cocktail right about now. But did you know drinking a mocktail can have just as many – if not more – relaxation benefits as a cocktail, without the extra calories and certainly without a hangover? The mere act of stopping what you’re doing, creating a tasty fruit-based concoction and sipping it as the sun sets, is enough to take a serious edge from your day.

Mango Granita is our current go-to, brought to us by Australian Mangoes. Packed with vitamin C, fibre and oh-so-much flavour, you simply can’t go wrong. Mangoes are the ultimate summer fruit, aren’t they? They are so good for us, yet taste so decadently naughty. You can even make them into unique and interesting desserts!

But today, we want to share this delicious mango granita simple recipe, that’s so easy to make and tastes an absolute treat. Also, don’t worry, we won’t judge you if you decide to add a nip of gin or vodka. Just be sure to drink in moderation.
