INGREDIENTS
- Store-bought pizza base
- Olive oil
- Buffalo mozzarella, torn
- Extra-fine San Daniele prosciutto
- Ondine Flat Peaches, thinly sliced
- Fresh basil leaves
- Parmigiano Reggiano, finely grated
- Extra virgin olive oil, to drizzle
- Chilli flakes (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Lightly brush the pizza base with olive oil.
- Bake until puffed and golden.
- Scatter over the torn buffalo mozzarella.
- Add curls of extra-fine San Daniele prosciutto.
- Arrange the thinly sliced Ondine Flat Peaches on top.
- Finish with fresh basil leaves.
