It looks like Easter is a staycation for just about everyone so settle back on the couch and grab that remote – we have some serious binge watching material for you to indulge in over the next four days.

Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!

Right now, just about everyone seems to be turning in droves to one series and that’s the new true-crime documentary Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem and Madness.

This new seven-part Netflix documentary series, set in the US, takes a look at what it’s like to be an owner of a big cat and in particular, how one guy manages to start out being a big cat enthusiast and ends up being a convicted criminal.

The series story-line centres around Joseph Maldonado-Passage or ‘Joe Exotic,’ and the competition between him and another zoo owner in the next state. There’s everything here and it’s pretty hard to believe this all happened but apparently it is based on true events.

The series has some high profile fans already including Kim Kardashian – but don’t let that put you off. When it all comes down to it, this is an unusual show and could be worth adding to your list.

Don’t Miss Four-time Oscar Winner, Parasite

You certainly won’t want to miss watching Parasite – the four-time Oscar winning thriller from South Korean director, Bong Joon-Ho. Parasite will be available to stream in 4K on Stan from Easter Saturday, just two months after it won four Oscars in February of this year, including Best Picture.

Parasite won Best Picture, Best Director, Best Original Screenplay and Best International Feature Film at this year’s Oscars in February.

For all the die-hard Tarantino fans

If you’re a mad Tarantino fan, Foxtel is streaming his latest movie, Once Upon a Time…in Hollywood right now. Then, after watching this one, you can settle back and watch the complete collection of Quentin Tarantino’s films.

This includes: Reservoir Dogs (1994), Pulp Fiction (1994), Jackie Brown (1997), Kill Bill Vol. 1 (2003), Kill Bill Vol. 2 (2004), Inglourious Basterds (2009), Django Unchained (2012) and The Hateful Eight (2015).

Stan‘s also dropping every episode of the second season of their original Logie Award-winning series Bloom. Phoebe Tonkin, Bryan Brown and Jacki Weaver return for another season of this great series. We’re waiting to see what happens in this much anticipated second season and it’s all available from today on Stan.

If these aren’t quite what you’re looking for, you could do a more historical and educational binge by watching the entire 26 James Bond movies on Foxtel. They are being released over the next 11 days, starting today. You could do the full 11 day ‘Bond Movie Marathon’ and then you’ll know everything you need to know about this – the most successful movie franchise in history.

You may have the time to watch every James Bond movie that’s been made – they’re all available on Foxtel.

The marathon starts out today with the first film in the Bond series, Dr No, which was released way back in 1962. Running on Foxtel Movies HITS, Foxtel has thrown in two additional movies – the James Bond spoof Casino Royale (1967) and Never Say Never Again (1983).

Or Catch Up With All Your Favourite Characters In Downtown

If you didn’t happen to catch Downton Abbey the movie when it was released late last year, Foxtel’s also releasing this one at 8.30pm on Sunday 12th April.

For diehard Downton Abbey fans, we haven’t seen much from this dynasty for more than three years so thankfully, the movie version doesn’t disappoint. It’s almost like a two-hour supersized episode of Downton and packs enough plots and subplots to keep you tantalised and entertained right up until the last scenes.

If Comedy Is More Your Scene, Then Start Watching

Foxtel is really getting in on the home entertainment action and as well, for the first time ever, they’ve released the complete seasons of some of the world’s greatest comedy classics On Demand, with full seasons now available to stream on Foxtel NOW.

30 Rock is one of the many comedy series Foxtel is streaming on Foxtel NOW.

The comedy series available to stream On Demand right now are: Seinfeld; Veep; The Nanny; Parks and Recreation; 30 Rock; The Office; Broad City; Curb Your Enthusiasm; Entourage; Silicon Valley; Ballers; and Barry.

This all makes for a very busy time over the Easter break so you may need to buy some extra snack food and get ready for a long weekend of binge watching. Enjoy.
