Calling Foodies: Sydney’s Italian Wine And Food Festival

Get ready for Sydney’s Italian Food And Wine Festival this month and make it a family affair as kids can enter for free.

Aldo Ortado from MasterChef Australia 2018 is the hero guest among a fabulous line up of famous chefs who will dazzle the crowds on Sunday 26th August at the Australian Technology Park in Eveleigh.

Aldo will demonstrates how to make the traditional Roman-style carbonara pasta with cookbook author and TV host Silvia Colloca joining him on the food stage.  Sydney’s other top Italian chefs include Stefano Manfredi, Matteo Zamboni (Jonah’s Restaurant), Luca Ciano, Claudio Barzano (MARTA Osteria) and Nino Zoccali (The Restaurant Pendolino and La Rosa the Strand).

Feast on pizza, pasta and Italian snacks in pop-up restaurants this year from two award-winning hatted Sydney restaurant’s, Jonah’s Restaurant and Rocker  along with other Sydney favourites, Lucio Pizzeria, Via Napoli, Caruso’s Italian Restaurant.

Espresso di Manfredi is serving coffee made to order and Mutti is running a Bruschetta Station – both are FREE all day!

Meet winemakers and importers, learn all about the grape varieties, the regions, and best of all, how good they taste.
